Alaska - Anchorage

We disembarked from the Wilderness Discoverer in Juneau and spent a few hours there (we really had our fill of Juneau on this trip) before heading to the airport and flying to Anchorage. We stayed at the Lakefront Anchorage, which seemed to be very much a hunting lodge. This was a huge laundry day for us - we've never been so excited to see a washer and dryer in our lives! The lodge is located on Lake Hood and there surrounding area wasn't walkable so we didn't get to see much of Anchorage. We started the land portion of our trip at 6am the next morning.
